nok wat reunion utk budak2 kelas Ex-teknologi (2001 until 2003) ngan Ex-science (2004 until 2005)..sume bleh join.. maklumt sprti berikut:-

The best choc chip cookies

dapat dari zairul.fotopages.com tapi dah alter a bit la

Bahan-bahan ( 50 biji +- )

• 1 cwn tepung gandum
• 3/4 sk baking soda
• 1/4 sk garam
• 1/3 + 1/4 cwn butter/marjerin(dicairkan)
• 1/2 cwn rata gula perang
• 1/3 cwn gula halus
• 1/2 sk esen vanila
• 1 cwn choc chip

Cara-cara

1. Campurkan tepung, baking soda dan garam ke dlm mangkuk. (saya ayakkan terus).Panaskan oven pada suhu 150'C
2. Dlm mangkuk lain, pukul marjerin, gula perang, gula halus dan esen vanila sampai sebati (kelajuan sederhana). Masukkan campuran tepung+baking soda+garam tadi dan kacau sampai sebati. Lepas tu, masukkan choc chip dan kacau lagi sampai sebati.
3. 
   Lepas tu,letakkan 1 sk adunan ke atas baking sheet. Pastikan jarak antara doh lebih kurang 1.5-2 inci.
4. Bakar dalam oven dlm 18-20 minit sampai warna golden brown.
5. Lepas bakar, biarkan cookies atas baking sheet tu dlm 3 minit. Then, transfer ke wire racks. simpan dalam bekas kedap udara.
6. NOTE: Cookies ni mungkin manis sikit bagi sesetengah orang. Kalau nak kurangkan manis, guna hanya 1/4 atau 1/3 cwn gula perang (bergantung kepada citarasa masing2).

selamat ari raya aku ucapkan buat rakan2 aku yang view blog aku nih..
sorry ar aku baru ucap ari nih..semalam balik kg so,ari baru ada kesempatan...uhuhhuh..

raya taun nih seronok sgt sbb dapat mengimbau kenangn masa aku kecik2 dl..aku n adik beradk aku yg lain buat mcm2..
dari potong daging,basuh usus lembu,rebus la,goreng daging lah sampai lah bakar daging...
best gler rasanya,parents aku memg dah xamik tau sbb dah letih kot..kami sbg anak lah yg buat suma nih..fuh letih gler..tp ttp menyeronokkan..

aku harap korang pun cam tuh jgak..bukan per sekali-sekala dapat berkumpul adik beradik..
heheh..

Ari jadi aku..

emm ari nih genap aku berumur 20 tahun...
selama nih aku kempunan ngat nak sama umur ngan member2 aku..akhirnya saat nih dinanti2kan jua...hehhehe..thanks ke mama sbb lahirkan aku 20 tahun yang lalu..mcm mana korang tau skunk kan musim banjir..sama ah masa aku dilahirkan dl..banjir gop..banjir plg besar kat dungun sampai hospital pun kena pindah..uhuhuh..

tapi kan besday aku kali nih xmenarik sangat..maklumlah dah tua kan..heheheh..
tp apa2 pun thanks buat abah yang masak lauk kegemaran aku n kakngah yang belanja aku...

buat kakteh,walaupun dia xwish kat aku n aku merasa terkilan lah cikit..aku nak ucap terima ksih lah jgak sbb bg hadiah kat aku walaupun awl..aku tau dia sbuk pereksa..aku harap dia lulus dalam exam posting dia tuh..
